Tucked in a peaceful spot on the estate grounds is our working apiary. Beekeeping is one of our favorite traditions at Ash Hill, a labor of love that supports local biodiversity while rewarding us with pure, golden honey harvested right here on the property.

This sweet local honey features regularly on our guest breakfast table, offering a true taste of the estate’s surrounding wildflowers and countryside.
